Management Company
Management services are
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During normal
business hours, you can call 201-216-5757, and in an emergency
dial x919. An emergency is defined as a situation that is
related to flood, fire or safety and requires an immediate
after hours response. Calls to x 919 of a non-emergency nature
will be subject to a fine and must call back on the next business

The management office is located
at 210 Washington Street in Hoboken;
the office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
